Here is the story of a woman living in Brazil. She is about 50 years old and lost her teeth after pregnancy. She is unable to work, as she cares for her mother, who has Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. Because of poverty and lack of dental care, she has only three teeth left. She didn't have the time or inclination to enjoy makeup and hairstyling.
The charity program of NLA (subsidiary in Brazil) reached out to her. We provided dental implants to replace her missing teeth, and then we did a full makeover with new clothing, make-up and hair styling with professionals. When she see her greatly changed self, she is surprised and delighted. Later, she said with a bright smile, "People around me say, "You look beautiful!""
